The purpose of this 2-hour meeting was to prepare the Steering Committee (cohort leaders) to conduct Parlor Meetings with their respective groups. The objective was to address their concerns and questions and provide hands-on facilitator training to assure a productive and satisfying experience for all participating Congregants as well as for the cohort leaders.
